This week’s remainders

August 2nd, 2007

I’m back after a month off with the family. Some things catching my eye as I get back to blogging:

Visual Sciences has announced Bid 2.0, the next version of their keyword bid management solution. Nice to see them kicking out support for the Yahoo! Search Marketing Platform as well as a bunch of key improvements — especially as they entertain “offers”.

Who knew you could use iChat to send SMS to cell phones?

Milissa Tarquini, Director, User Interface Design and Information Architecture at AOL, makes the case for giving up on designing for the page fold. Yeah, finally someone that agrees with me. There’s more below and YES - people do know how to scroll.

Etsy has to be my favourite site for gifts as of late. If you haven’t explored before, give it a try. I even found someone who sews and had a wallet made to my specs.

I’m ranking #1 in Google for “credit union web analytics” — with no others in sight. Still ahead of the curve.

You need some ads on your blog, y’know, to deservedly rake in the cash.
