Don&#039;t make navigation a video game - cute is fun, but easy is better.

A good web site is never &quot;Done&quot;.

No one wants to &quot;Hear&quot; your web site. It takes up bandwidth and may stop people from visiting your site from work. Sites with too many sound effects sound like video games to the guy in the next cubicle.
