The lowest employee on the organization chart has the great contact with the member. But why are they the least consulted when it comes to any change in process with the member?

I’m done with my last analytics course at UBC. This weekend is Thanksgiving here in Canada so I’m going to enjoy some turkey with family, sleep in, go for a couple runs and enjoy the extra time off. Here’s this week’s remainders.
